Can We Actually Trust Ron Rivera to Keep D.Williams AWAY from LT and start Greg Little for the Rest of the Season? Or Will He Cotinue to Flip-Flop Between Them and Get our QBs Killed from the Blind Side?

I'd be fine with bringing Little along slowly IF the plan in the meantime was to play Moton at LT, but it's blatantly and painfully obvious that DW cannot handle LT. So, if we aren't playing Moton at LT, IMO we lose our ability to bring Little along slowly. We'll go through half a dozen QBs this season if we keep DW at LT.

Well I think we’re at the point where Williams isn’t in the long term plans, for the future it’s best to give Williams as much chip blocks, ect until the bye week when little can take over from there, moton at Lt ship has sailed imo, at least with this coaching staff, I rather leave him at Rt and pray little is the future at Lt

Yeah, seems like we just saw him as a stop gap until Little was ready. I'd prefer trying him at LG. If he plays well there and the knee holds up, maybe he can still be in the long-term plans.

Hasnt van routen been LG for last season and this season? Can he be subbed out that easily just b/c  Williams is sucking at LT and gets demoted to take HIS position? LMAO

If Williams is good at LG, you have the Norwell situation all over again. Its not a good allocation of resources to spend big on your LG.

My point is that Van Roten is a JAG and always has been. Williams has been an All-Pro at RT previously and physically projects well at OG (many assumed he'd kick inside at the NFL level). It's not like we'd be putting a proven NFL caliber starter on the bench to give Williams a chance at LG. Van Roten has been a starter out of necessity, not necessarily due to his ability.

Our best OL is likely some combination of Moton, Turner, Paradis, Little, and Williams.

This is the ideal situation imo, I’m also in the camp that moton should have gotten more looks at Lt imo but the Williams injury last year and Greg little pick wiped that opportunity out.

Van rotten had a good game against the cards but that’s far and in between what he normally provides, but we both know barring injury, I highly doubt Williams gets the nod over van rotten, even if it’s clear whose better
