what?   they don't bench them but they decide if they're cleared to play.  a coach can't play someone who isn't cleared

Ok the double standard here is getting out of hand.  If the doctors say Cam is good, and Cam says he is good, what is the coach supposed to do?  Greg tried to play on an injured foot, TD played in the super bowl with his arm held together with chewing gum and screws.  Those guys showed lots of heart and drive to play through pain.  Cam tries to do the same and most yall want to blame the coach.

Cam needs to sit for the year. Past the current injury he needs to get back into football shape. I think he wasnt at all and this is how it happened.

He needs to get healed from this and then have the year to get back into Cam shape.

it seems like yet another manipulative ploy from Person to try and out his extreme hypothesis out there and "force" the Panthers to confirm or deny so Joe can claim so weird victory in this ongoing crusade he's had to "get" the Panthers for this fantasy narrative he's manufactured. He tried manipulating Rivera as recently as today and this dude has been obsessed with trying to springboard his career through an obsession with off the field garbage that nobody cares about as long as he has been here. Guy isn't a football fan.
