That I can think of quickly off the top of my head that have been discussed at length on this board. 

Using Cam as a hybrid RB/QB so much and the amount of hits. Major concerns from the beginning about shortening his career to injuries. Now Cam is 30 and we're seeing the injury bug starting to bite him a lot more much like a RB.

Going into the SB without making any game plan adjustments

Not making any adjustments at halftime in the SB when your tackles are being abused.

Washington as DC who was clearly out of his league from the word go

Playing time to Smith while DJ and Samuels sat on the bench

Bringing in CJ Anderson but never using him

Insane loyalty to players/coaches over performance

Not playing to player's strengths 

DW on the left side when he was much better on the right, and Moton looked much better on the left

Playing an obviously hurt Cam and risking your franchise QB because you won't sit him down when he can't pass the eye test and make the most basic throws or throw over 20 yards. 

So yeah, when I question Ron's decisions and wonder if he's making them based on some insight, or thinking he's just throwing poo at the wall to see what sticks, I'd say it's justified.
