It was an exaggeration, intentionally, to point out how bad Cam has looked (clearly due to injuries to both shoulder and foot). Cam couldn’t even make very easy throws to wide open receivers against Tampa. If Allen played that game we probably win.

The Panthers have their first 1st-half TD of the year. Allen avoids the rush, rolls right and connects with Samuel for the 5-yard TD. Hugely important response.

That was some composure from Allen to connect with Samuel on the score - Suggs was bearing down right behind him, and Allen zipped one to a very open Curtis Samuel in the back corner.
