I really don't get it.

Is he just so desperately stubborn that he has to prove he's right, even if it costs him?

I have no idea. It's absolutely baffling. We have one guy who has only played one game at LT but looked good doing it. We have another guy who has played two games at LT and looked like a speed bump in those two games and who struggles with speed rushers when playing RT as well.

Seems blatantly obvious to me who should be playing LT.

That'd be a great "non-Cam" question for someone to ask.

Yeah there’s multiple ways to skin this cat imo

try moton at Lt

move Williams to lg and start little at Lt with plenty of chips and help until he gets his feet wet enough

leave Williams at Lt and give him plenty of help with chip blocks and double teams

start running the max protect and trust that Samuel, Moore, and Wright/Hogan can get consistently open against man/zone coverage

I mean, trying Williams at RT first is almost defensible seeing as how we obviously see Moton's long-term future at RT and we drafted Little to hopefully be the long-term answer at LT. BUT, anyone who has watched Williams play should've known that he wasn't well suited to play LT. They should've been prepared to move onto plan B. If plan B was starting Little from day one, then plan C should've been implemented as soon as he went into the protocol. Williams playing LT should've been shelved as a viable option very early on.
