I count 8 separate people that have tweeted that Kaepernick is in Charlotte today

The problem is that if Kaepernick struggles, we'd have to keep playing him the rest of the season to avoid being canceled.

All Huddle fans would be doxxed and the Carolinas overrun with Regressive Democrats as well.

No issue signing Kaepernick the player or advocate, really (could be good for Charlotte considering their issues, created by Democrats no less), because I think he could run Norv's offense the way it's set up for Cam. He also has a monster arm that's been rested for 3 years now and could deliver that 60 yard dime on a rope to a streaking Samuel.

Talked myself into it...leggo

For those saying his stats were good in 2016, they are to the naked eye, but contextually, they weren't great:

A lot of his good stats came in garbage time. 7 of the 16 TDs came when the team was more than two scores down.

His best stats were at the beginning of the game when plays were scripted. 2nd half he was not good at all until garbage time 2 minute drill.

The tape shows that he didn't read defenses well, panicked, and tried to run when his first option wasn't available. Having said that, I think he'd be a competent back-up, but the dude isn't a starting QB in the NFL.

You can find all kinds of stats like that to make any QB look like they had issues, but the fact is he had a 60% competation percentage on a team that had pretty much no cast to help out on either side of the ball.    It's so weird, I'm not really a fan of how this guy acted ON the field (during games) but if Cam is hurt extended time then he's a much better choice than the unknowns we have on the bench (unless we get super lucky and they are amazing).

Would it hurt to let Allen get some play time because he did show some spark last season and he did keep making passes with an injured arm and played well.

I don't really mind that either, I'm just pointing out the delusional fans when it comes to this.   However, if we really want to WIN this year, Kaepernick would be the right anwser as he's more experienced and less of an unknown than Allen and let's be honest, this team doesn't have a good track record of devloping QBs.

It doesn't matter, you're an employee it doesn't matter that you throw a football.  Obviously all the owners in the NFL want nothing to do with the guy.  But they're just racist right...  He acts out and does things that are bad for business thats the bottoms line.

Also he is a one read QB who looks like squidward so good

Oh I see what your real problem with Kap is lol. This is pointless.

And this is why hes not in the nfl.  Fwiw, he is good enough to be a backup, but teams dont take flyers on backups who have any baggage, they want them to toe the line and keep quiet until your number is called.  Eric reid is the proof that if your talented enough, you can be more outspoken and it wont matter because you're that damn good (although it took too long for him to get signed imo) It's just crazy to be that people have forgotten that kaepernick lost the starting job to Blaine gabbert and that had nothing to do with his protest.

That said, I dont mind the protest as long as its allowed by nfl rules and it is. At the end of the day, I just dont think kaepernick is a very good qb and at this point, it might be better to just be awful for a season and get a good pick and hopefully get a top signal caller from college.

Well first off Eric Reid was whiteballed as well until we hired him. He was also benched for not being good for the current starter in the 49ers at safety. With that this whole arguement and point your trying to make goes out the window.
