Honestly we should so that everyone would STFU bc we are going 0-16 regardless

You know Ron will squeak by enough wins to kill our shot at the top QB. 2-14 is more likely with the Fins committed to 0-16 with no fan base.

I wish we try for Kaep. Even a short term contract like 1 or 2 years. Who cares about money for this year now. It basically a bust.  He hasn't played in a while but I mean, what exactly do Allen and Grier have except looking extremely shaky in preseason action. Kaep has years of playing in the nfl, actually winning games and even so far as playoff experience up to the superbowl. Plus, he would still be a far better running option that we could implement back to our game. Not to mention be nice to watch all the racist buttheard people of the NFL get upset for hiring him. Is he Cam Newton? Heck no, but I would at least like to see how it would go. Otherwise, I guess we can watch Allen or Grier for a good joke because one of them had a good game against a Saints team that wasn't trying with backups at one time lol

If you base on it preseason performance, Allen is the starter and its not even close.  Grier had to many turnovers.  Grier might have more of a future long term, but for the time being, its Allen.

Actually if you base it off of preseason Allen was the worst of the 3. I can provide the stats if you like but Allen scored the least (6 points), threw the shortest passes, and completed the lowest percent of passes of the three despite having the best talent around him. Yes, Grier turned the ball over but he scored 29 points while giving up 21 for a +8. Allen was just +6. Taylor was the best of the three. Allen was literally the worst. He is getting the nod because he knows the offence and played against Saints backups and got a W where they just wanted to be healthy for their playoff run.

Once you are out of playoff contention, money and draft picks should be the only thing you care about.

Ron and Marty are instead still in job saving mode, that will not bode well for our cap, nor our draft picks.  I previously wasn't interested in making a change during the season, but unless Tepper has locked up Marty and Rons checkbooks, I want them away from this dumpster as quickly as possible.

Ron and Marty almost always seem to be in job saving mode. I want them gone period. Sticking with Allen and Grier doesn't cost us any additional money or picks but almost assuredly a terrible season. Getting Kaep might not be a playoff successful move but we do know he's had some success and wouldn't cost a pick. Even the money wouldn't be long term bad situation if he didn't work out. Not that having that money would would really matter if these two somehow survive being here after this year since they would just screw it up regardless.
