players play through injuries all the time and QBs especially are no exception. That this board continues to sensationalize this mundane realty is one of this forum's oddest quirks.

also lol at any fantasy that Cam can miss any significant portion of time and return to be this franchise's QB next season.

They play through injury but the question is this an injury he should have played through? It was obvious to everyone AGAIN Cam wasnt right so with a foot sprain that causes him difficulty planning the answer is to throw it 50 times.

Fire this coaching staff now. Rivera is done. GTFO

Funny how Cam with a decent offensive line wins MVP and he’s had that once maybe twice in all his years here. fuging Christ this team has a generational talent and drives him into the ground. Same thing gonna happen with McCaffrey, who by the way has played 100% of snaps over two games after playing like 95% last year.

I agree with you about the Panthers destroying Cam, will go down as the biggest fudge up by this org.

As far as CMC, yes he’s playing a lot of snaps but how many times is he getting the ball. A lot of those snaps I’m assuming  is him being a decoy

Fire them now under what pretense?

To appease a huddle fantasy that Cam is pleading with Rivera to go on IR for a couple seasons but Ron is screaming that he'll go out there and SAVE MY JOB AND YOULL LIKE IT.

guess what the next coaching staff would have the same approach to hurt football players because every staff everywhere does

If anything Ron might be more reserved, guys like Curtis Samuel continued to sit well after they were clear.

Welp, this explains a whole lot.

I wish they'd bash RR and Norv the way they did Cam. Dude has been hurt all along. The thing that stuck out to me was him stating how tired he was of being injured. I just hope Cam NOT being able to play doesn't extend/justify RR to stay longer.

Not that Cam was pleading to go on IR but he was/isn't ready to go. We are on a 9 game losing streak in meaningful games, the same clock management problems exist, the team looks unprepared and sluggish, no ability to adapt, lack of vision, etc.

I've had enough of the same old same old. This should have been done in the offseason but people held out hope that after 8 years, it was going to change. It hasn't and it never will.

And if I have to choose between sitting my QB for 2 weeks to be fully healed or losing him for 6-8 because of aggravating an injury and making it worse, the answer is obvious. This is the 3rd time he's put Cam out there with an injury significant enough to drastically affect his game. There's no excuse for that with your franchise qb other than I need to win to save my own ass.

Definitely can't fire an entire coaching staff midseason. The head coach maybe, but we don't really have a lot of strong interim coaching candidates.

You can fire a GM mid-season with no real consequences (we've been there) but I don't really see that happening either.

I still expect to see the season fully play out before anything happens.

Yeah nobody is getting fired until the season is over.  The huddle faithful need to accept that now and save themselves the heartache.
