John Fox Has Lost His Mind

I dont think he is sticking with Delhomme to stick with Delhomme, there are just no other NFL caliber QBs on the roster and chances are the 2 guys behind Delhomme would be just as bad(Feeley) or worse(Moore).

lol, there is no way either of those two would be worse than Delhomme has played so far.

The question is, though, would either of them ever come close to what Delhomme has show the ability to do in the past here?

That's the real crux of this.

To Fox, this is not about Jake's performance so far this season compared to the others - it is the fact he knows what Jake has done in the past and hopes it'll happen again.

I think he is also hoping Jake can right his ship against the Cardinals, going full circle and what not.

We'll see.

    • I don't think a month goes by that I don't stop for a second and feel hatred for Fitt. Brought trashed QBs here, kept a bad roster 24/7, passed on 2 first round picks and a second round pick for Burns, traded a generational RB, and spent the farm on a runty QB who has bad mechanics and a noodle arm. And I'm not even listing everything he screwed up. And I said he was screwing up at the time, not hindsight 20/20. He was AWFUL. Now look what we have to show for it. A bottom 3 team and a QB who only looks good against teams that are somehow worse than us. I could walk away from this franchise for the next two seasons and I wouldn't miss anything notable or worthwhile. We had Fitt lovers on this board praising him, but I'm not going to call those fans out. It's water under the bridge now. It's over. Aim for a turnaround 2026 once the roster is rebuilt.
    • I don't think he was too small. He was about 220 and they played him there alot his rookie year when he was 2nd place DROY. Maybe another 10 pounds would have helped, but not absolutely necessary.
