If you are the owner how do you proceed with the season?

If I’m Tepper I’m telling the staff that Cam continues to play until it’s beyond obvious that he can’t play at the level we’re all used to. At this point our season is probably over so Cam gets benched and we see what we have with the backups. Make Ron and Norv win with someone besides Cam.

I tell Ron that if the vets aren’t performing sit them and play the young guys... 

I tell them to figure out a way to rest CMC... he’s the future of the Panthers

I really don’t want to fire Ron mid season, it really makes no sense except to show your fans you have a plan in place. 

If the team does fail this year I’m cleaning house. New people everywhere. There was a plan in place when the team was purchased.

I'm waiting til the bye week if i'm tepper to make any changes. 

1. As the owner i'm questioning our coaching staff about our depth at certain positions and why are we not taking advantage of it. EXAMPLE: RB, TE, D-LINE, OLINE.

2. Why are we still making the same mistakes over and over again with out coaching staff. Game Management, Talent Evaluation every week on who should be playing or getting more playing time, Clock Issues as well.

3. If cam is still injured why does our coaching staff and medical staff have him out there playing. Would be a great opportunity for grier to get some playing time.

If Those things aren't fixed or addressed by the bye week then i'm pulling the trigger on Ron, and Marty. Promoting scott turner or chase blackburn to interim coach. Perry fewell as D-coordinator.

If I'm Tepper, I'm not panicking right now.  We played the Rams a whole lot better than the Saints are.  We were 1/2 a yard from winning the Bucs game.
