Do Allen/Grier give us a better chance to win? Enough of a chance to make the playoffs?

It baffles me that people still think we are going to the playoffs after that poo show Yesturday. Face the facts. Our team sucks and we will be rebuilding soon.

Allen play first half, Cam play 2nd. Last 12 games or so you can see the fatigue in the 4th qrtr. Keep him fresh.

If this is Cams QBing level going forward he’s gone at the end of the year so if that’s the case I’m all for seeing what we have in those pair before next offseason and draft

Grier is not ready for NFL speed. 

Allen is a backup, Matt Moore/Colt McCoy at best.

Cam is in this current state/phase and see what happens. If he breaks down, see what Grier is worth. Allen was a flash in the pan against a lackadaisical Saint squad.

Ummm NO.

But if out of playoff contention or you start out 0-4. Fire Rivera. Bench/Cut/Trade Cam.(depends on if you believe he needs to sit out or is just flat out done above repair)

Then try to get Tua if in position. If not, build oline so what happened to Cam wont happen to him again or new rookie qb. Either way even if Cam comes back you try to get the best qb available in draft.

See what Dallas did with drafting top olinemen every year? Do that. That will fix a lot of offensive woes.

Get a young fresh  innovative coach(like sean mcvay) and offensive coordinator as a replacement. Also a defensive coordinator who believes in getting a stout secondary(you cant win a sb without one these days even though pass rush is more important).
