(Most of) Y'all are insufferable

I'm with OP. 2013 this team went 0-2 and ended first four games at 1-3. This board wanted to bench Cam, fire RR, and start completely over. We then went 12-4 and were the #2 seed in the NFC.

If this team rebounds, I do not want to see any one of you coming back saying how you love this team, Cam, or RR. Don't care how much you talk about "eating crow." That's just an excuse y'all fair weather fans come up with so you can hop on the bandwagon after trashing the team.

Deal, and if we suck the rest of the season you will come back and tell all of us that we were right and you were delusional for not seeing it?  Right?

Ya know, if there's one thing Ive come to find really goofy about fandom over the years, it's people who say "unless you cheer for the team the same way I do, you're not a real fan".

You want to be an eternal optimist? Go ahead.

You want to be a screaming pessimist? Be you. I don't care.

Measuring your "fan dick" is silly.

Blindly supporting a team is, IMO doing the exact opposite, unless you are rolling with a winner, or at the very least a team trying to win.

The Browns, Bills, and Jets have some of the very best fans in the World.  They pack out the stadiums rain or shine, winning or losing, no matter what.

So, knowing this, how hard do the owners really have to work to provide a winning product?  The answer is, they don't.

I support not supporting the Panthers in their current state.  I swore I wasn't going to spend money on this team this season as long as Marty and Ron were still at the helm...but here I am, typing on a Panthers message board, flying to London next month, and watching every game.  It's tough being a Panthers fan, but I'm not going to sit here and blow sunshine up Dave Teppers ass either.

There's no way the majority of this group will make it through the growing pains of another young QB without crying about burning it down every week.

It would take an early pick most likely but rookies have proven recently the growing pains don’t have to be that bad. The pain is pretty bad now watching a superior athlete and football player look so helpless on the field. Wish he would have taken the year off or at least first 8 weeks to do more rehab. That’s a decision he wouldn’t have to have made either.
