Does anyone here maybe think Cam is refusing to run?  Like, maybe he’s told them he’s not running the ball so that he can preserve his health?  It would explain the last play call as well as the wildcat td with CMC last week  

Im not taking up for Ron, but there were several times in that game Cam had some open space to take off and he held the ball.

Ron has done a lot of questionable things during his tenure here but I can’t remember him ever publicly saying that a player was healthy and just played poorly which is what he basically said. This is a sign that he’s squarely on the hot seat and is searching for excuses to save his job.

 I agree that if we aren't going to win we need to start assessing the other guys on the roster. I like Allen but I would be happy to see Grier too considering we spent a fairly high pick on him. I would expect the worst though-he looked really shaky in preseason. I expect no changes though because that's the MO under RR. We won't see a QB change unless RR is fired. Even then would a new coach sit him? It's a bold decision and a vote of no confidence in Cam and if that happened I would expect him to be gone soon after. Most likely though is that we keep banging our head against the wall. Because Panthers.
