Also, if Cam is done they need to trade CMC to a contender. He's not going to be much use in the upcoming years when we're trying to find a QB. Don't be stupid and think we can turn it around in a off-season or even two. It takes years to find a starting caliber NFL QB on average. I read one statistics something like ?4.7? years to find a legitimate top 20 starter. Carolina is going to need a lot of picks and take a lot of shots.

Okay? Keep and overpay a runningback, one of the easiest positions to fill in the NFL. Draft a mid first round quarterback and go cheer for 8-8 every year.

In the NFL runningbacks are a dime a dozen, and can be found from the 1st round to UDFA every single year. Every other year one retires a few years earlier than predicted.
