What's up with all these hating on Cam threads?

Cam was 25th in passer rating Week 1 out of every QB who had at least 10 attempts.  Geoff was 27th.  The conclusion by any rational individual is they both played like poo and well below the average starter that week.  But then again rationality isn't the strong suit of the Camstans.

fug the stupid ratings.. Both play little to no preseason and were rusty.. But it doesn't change the fact that you idiots put a microscope on every Cam pass and act like every other QB are perfect!! Even the great Tom Brady overthrew a WR yesterday but nobody cares.. Dak had a perfect QB rating and missed 7 passes.. It happens to all QB .. You ppl only watch Cam and make it a personal thing..

Get 'em boy!!!

But I'm going to guess that Dak is given a little more leeway about missed passes when he took fewer throws than Cam and nearly doubled his yardage, and probably Tom for the 3 additional touchdowns...

Only thing I’m getting from this thread is lowering expectations

Cam is coming off a very bad year where he was injured.  First game back he missed a lot of easy throws that most average college QBs could make, much less an NFL starting QB.  The criticism is earned and he'll continue to hear it from many until he plays better.

This is why QBs get paid the big bucks . . .they get praised when they play well and criticized when they don't.

A very bad year?? Really

28 td 14 to and almost 4000 yards of offense..

While he was hurting and missed 2 games..

Or his WR actually got open caught the ball and didn't fumble..

How many passes actually hit between the numbers and how many were high or behind and his WR's just made plays for him??

Let's see how many of you QB gurus can see what being accurate really means..

A little help..

If the WR has to turn , jump and reach behind them the pass wasn't accurate..

Dak Prescott is a mediocre quarterback. He plays for the dallas cowboys. They got some good players. But they will get their asses handed to them like they always do, for the last 25 years.

If Dak is mediocre, and yet has thrown more TDs than Cam since he's been in the league, and has had a higher passer rating each year than Cam since he's been in the league, with far fewer interceptions, where does that place Cam?

Seems like the only time you show up to talk is when the Panthers lose.

If we win convincingly tomorrow are you going to conveniently go missing again?

Yes, Cam in 2018 was awful and did you not watch any games after the 6 - 2 start?  The guy couldn't throw the ball more than 10 yards and if he didn't have the most electric player in the NFL to dump the ball off to, his numbers would have been atrocious.

Do you watch other QBs play??

You act like no other QB overthrows or under throws balls..

Geoff was just as rusty as Cam the difference is they didn't have as many bone crushing TO.. All their fumbles seem to come back to them.. But Almost every QB yesterday had a overthrown or underthrown balls .

I swear they only watch Panthers games.

QBs miss wide open throws ALL THE TIME. Big Ben, Brady, Wilson, Brees - well maybe not Brees.

Cam had surgery in the offseason to correct soreness that took away arm strength. It's going to take time for him to learn how to gauge what he puts on passes again. As long as he's making the right reads, the touch will come. By week 4 or 5, barring any setbacks (Amen), he'll be lighting it up with all his new weapons.

And again the actual stat line says a a different story not to mention he was hurt.. So again you don't know what the fug you're talking about..
