First easy shot at him: He played a lot better than you'd expect a guy who came to the stadium dressed like that would play.

Second take, and more reasonable: It would behoove us all to see the next game or two before we jettison Cam and his career. He's earned that at least.

Third take: The line held up a lot better than folks want to admit, two of those sacks were on Cam's reluctance of mobility today. 

Let's hope the rust clears out quickly.

Respectable post man.  No need to throw that earlier shade! I'm asking why we're not trusting him to be himself.

Why does it seem we run the most vanilla routes compared to everyone else. It’s like when you choose to play with another teams playbook in madden and you slant delayed drag routes and a plethora other combinations to choose from. Just random thoughts....

We missed our chance to beat these guys. We are good enough but we fugged up. Cam deserves some blame. The overthrow to Samuel was the worst one. That’s the throw that changes the game, we had the momentum to take over the game right then and there.

I’ll  give Cam this game due to rust and what not. But eventually he has to make the touch throws. He used to be clutch and pull off the great moments. But lately I get nervous with Cam, any moment feels like it could be errant INT. I say this while being a total fan of his mind you.

Let's be real here, Cam missed about 5 throws to open receivers. A few of those throws could have changed the outcome of the game.

Cam has to run the ball and be force for us to win. It's so laughingly obvious. The dude can't solely sit in the pocket and win us games consistently. Hasn't happened and never will happen. Cam is 30 yrs old now and has maaaybe 2 more years of elite running ability. Run him into the ground for 2 years and squeeze all the juice out of him. We have the roster to WIN NOW. After those 2 years, draft another qb and start over. If anyone on here thinks that he will play quality pocket fball for the next 5/6 years is too far gone to even argue with.
