Fox buying his ticket out of town

With the decision to start Jake again I guess Fox buying his ticket out of Panthers....

I can understand his logic but he is going to alienate so much of the fan base, he and Hurney would have no way of returning next week...

At the begining of the season, I was thinking Jake is slumping and would fix his problems. I was thinking this will happen at game 3 not 6....

I think Jake is at the moment a mentally beaten men and he can not fix this on the field. Opponents now the problem, they will blitz him like crazy and not let him settle...

I was once in the wagon 'Start Weinke' and then we saw what sort of crap he is...Fox should start somebody else and we would see what sort of a crap he is and then we would be happy again to have Jake....

Or the new starting guy would be hero and nobody would even remember Jake....

But If Fox sticks to Jake I am sure he would be fired at the end of the season....

Bottom line: the light should have come on to Fox and Hurney when Jake went out in 2007 that we had to find/groom a replacement QB. The fact that they didn't is a monumental failure on the part of the FO and will impact this organization for years to come. Don't get me started on Jake's extension and the trading of our draft picks.

If I demonstrated the same lack of long-term strategy and planning in my job I'd be fired immediately. Fox and Hurney should feel lucky that they have the rest of the season to prepare for unemployment.

The season is over. Anybody who thinks we can really make any kind of playoff run, has been huffing gas instead of pumping into the car. Stop putting me at risk by driving all high on the octane. Wait until you get home!!! Damn! ummmm what??? oh yeah, the season is over and Fox knows it and will ride the hope train all the way to a DC job somewhere else. Maybe...IDK...man I'm glad I got some gas...excuse me for a moment...
