I think it's too early to tell if he's on the decline of his career.  This season will say a lot, but again it's week 1.

Yes he is washed up actually.  Its not his fault though because he headed down that road the moment when they stopped letting him run, which in itself is REALLY complicated.  The league won't protect a running QB.  Cam started to get injuries. So I understand the sentiment.  But I'm ready to move on from Cam to be honest.  There are only two kinds of QB's in the world.  QB's who are good enough to win the Superbowl with and QB's who are not.   The read option QB Cam is good enough to win the Superbowl if he stays healthy, the Pocket QB Cam isn't.  He doesn't miss it by much but he's just not quite good enough.

Out of all games played so far, Cam has the lowest top yard completion of 17 yards.  Take that for what it's worth.

His shoulder was not the problem today. His accuracy was. He had plenty of zip on the ball.

They'll win Thursday they honestly didn't look that bad today.  Some pointless turnovers a missed FG shyt happens.  It seems like the team is good this year it's hard to imagine them starting the year 0-2

well just kinesthetically you don't put power on your ball with your arm, you put it out there with your legs and torso. Throwing the ball is a core to extremity movement. Really the arm finishes what the other two things were doing, and adds the accuracy and touch and things. Pitch is a little more easier to visualize. 

Last year his shoulder probably hurt so bad he didn't want to throw it at all. Cam doesn't take pain killing shots or anything. 

We still don't actually know what was wrong with his shoulder to begin with because the team never told us. 

i mean it's possible that just like someone coming back from an acl it's going to take time for him to trust his shoulder again. that deep ball to samuel was fine, he just uncorked it early. 

but you can only work with the evidence you got and it looked like the whole offense was dumpoffs to CMC.

another possibility is he's just shook and doesn't want to take hits.
