I called it before the refs said anything.  They realized it was a catch, but the camera angle didn't allow them to determine if the ball came out before his knee was down or after.  So they reverted to the call on the field.

Yeah, they fuged us, but Rivera still effing up.  So tired of the same old poo.  If we played with a killer mentality, we wouldn't need the refs to make all of the tight calls.  Instead, it's always the SSDD.  Rivera plays soft, conservative football and refs the refs to do him a favor....  and time and again, they poo on us at every turn.

Seems like it should have resulted in us keeping the time out, but them getting the reception.   None of it made sense.

So, you just started watching the Panthers after 2016? That was the first year the NFL proclaimed war on Cam by way of season-long no-calls on spearheading him. After the first game, that was part of the game plan for any Panthers opponent. With 90% no-calls on spearheading Cam for the season, that strategy seemed to work pretty well (6-10). Sorry you missed it. For whatever reason, the NFL seems to have had a GMO double-sized corn cob up their butt about the Panthers and Cam immediately following their 15-1 season.
