That is my feeling.  Rivera gets outcoached  nearly every time a team has more than a week to prepare--You know LA has been prepping for a month.

Good news?   RR showed very little in preseason.  Very vanilla.

McVay is a very good coach but I think he disguises the team’s lack of talent in some respects.  I don’t believe their secondary is as good as it seems. In addition, their run game is nonexistent and I’m not sure Gurley can get it anymore. If you focus that pressure on Goff we can get these guys. Kupp and Woods can’t take the tops off defenses. Cooks is key to stop IMO

I feel like I will spend the afternoon on the beach and hope for a win, but fully expect a loss.  This franchise doesn’t start fast often and the Rams are the defending NFC champs.

The east west coast-east coast trip is tough on teams. We need to jump on them early. The longer the game goes, the better the Rams will play. If we can get a lead early, we can see how that pass rush looks.

You forget though LA is a pleasant 70ish with hardly any humidity year round. They are going into 92 and what ever the fug we got for humidity right now in Charlotte. Oh and they’re wearing black.

Happy that the season is finally here, but do not trust Ron to come out firing. I fear we will be vanilla in the 1st half again and be down 2 tds at half.
