if we assume he’s playing 4D and the Patriots being signed within hours with 15 million for one season being “proof”

then the apology was for the players and fans,..

the video release was just one more thing,.. the straw.

@PhillyB you know as well as I Cali is a two-party consent state. If he was playing 4D Chess, he just did so criminally. And you can damn sure expect some Cali state prosecutors to come after him on this. 

So unless Gruden consented at the time of the conversation. They broke the law.

I’m actually surprised(not really, Kraft involved) that he’s not brought up on criminal charges for assault(you don’t actually have to strike someone to be charged, just invade their space pitching violence).
