Well for all the talk about the Bears defense, the Packers defense was the bigger story tonight.

Granted, they had the advantage of playing against the Bears offense.

Bears in recent history have never been able to sustain success.

Their defense is going to keep them in games, but if they play offense like that they aren't going to come close to sniffing 12 wins again

It's hard to gauge how good they are going to be against an offense that was so self-destructive on their own, but the Packers are certainly going to be a tough out.

If their defense is that good, they will probably compete for the NFC

This is one of those rare games where both fanbases are probably on suicide watch after that game. Maybe the Packers' weather it a bit better since their D looked great and surely their offense can't be THAT godawful with a future HOFer at QB.
