I hope CMC doesn't ask for more than Elliott.  I wouldn't have paid Elliott that much and I certainly wouldn't make Prescott the highest paid QB in the league.

I was listening to NFL radio other day and there was talk of Dak Prescott and Russel Wilson being pretty much on the same level in the way they play. Another thing that was talked about was that Dak should get the same level of pay as Wilson does.

OJ was found not guilty in a court of law - a jury of his peers heard far more evidence than anyone in this thread, and said he should be a free man. There's not enough respect for that in this thread.

Anyway, he's clearly saying all of this tongue-in-cheek, but to point out the obvious, no premier running back is going to multiply his pay by declaring himself a replacement-level slot receiver. Doubly so for a below-average back like McCaffrey.

So if you're building a team and you had to chose between Prescott and Wilson as a QB, you're telling me it would be a tough decision?

Wilson is proven. Prescott is still mostly potential.

Exactly.  If he's not holding out, there is no reason to make him highest paid yet.
