From what it sounds like too, if AB doesn’t practice and play. Since it’s week to week, the Raiders can just sit back and watch him lose every single dime he would have made this season.

Yup and brought it on himself. His career is about to be over.

Better yet the Raiders can put AB in an ejection seat and hit the red button. They could use that money they were going to pay him for other pressing team issues on Dline and Oline.

I can’t remember who the guy was arguing with me in the Zeke thread, saying that I was just mad that players have all power when I made the comment that players should honor the language in the contracts they sign.  Well the Raiders just proved my point...Brown (a superstar) just found out he has to abide by the terms of his contract or else.  I love how Mayock is handling this...fine his ass for not showing up to work, fine him again for running his mouth, and strip away all of his guaranteed money under the terms of the agreement Brown signed.  All he had to do was show up to work and keep his mouth shut.  He didn’t...and just lost 30 million.

Now he dosent want to play for them at all because  "no way I play after they took that and made my contract week to week." LMAO, Idiot.

See. That's what morons like this say as they're being escorted out of McDonald's after getting fired. Manly as fug. LOL!

Pretty much.

Acting out and screwing yourself out of money that you could use to support your family or basically be set for life isn't "being a man". It's being an idiot.

I'm sure there are plenty of guys out there who've broken laws of various kinds thay would tell you hey there just "being me". But seeing as "you" are not immune from the consequences of "being you," if you don't take that into account while you're "being you", then "you" are stupid.

He is basically on a prove it contract now, go out and play great or bye. I doubt anyone else will guarantee him anything now after all of this.

Probably not...I can honestly see AB as the type of guy who refuses to sign a prove it deal because of how much he thinks of himself.  His career may be over.

Not like he is really trying to help a team win anyway. He is happy as long as he gets his stats. He does not care about any of his teammates. Worse locker room cancer than TO but less talented.

Yep.

I can't buy that.

If you're really looking to get released, why apologize like he did yesterday?

Ryan Clark made a pretty good point. He believes the reason why the apology happened is because Brown and Rosenhaus understood that the only place they were getting this kind of guaranteed money was from the Raiders.

Rosenhaus is no dummy (granted, some of his clients seem to be).
