When a franchise like the Steelers with a long history of winning decides to cut bait and trade away arguably the best WR in the game while also trying to maximize the final season(s) of a future HOF QB... well, buyer beware.

Gruden is going full LEEEEEEROY JEEEEENKINS with the Raiders. Mayock is just there to provide him a fall guy if (when) need be. Gruden is the one running that show.
