But judges don't generally rule that someone is lying. But also judges can be strange. Also your use of a larger font makes me uncomfortable.

You can search for anyone's case in NC and there is no Frank Garcia case in the state with an assault on a female charge. If he didn't get active time I'm sure there would have been a review which would have shown up as a normal court date in room 4130 in Meck.

Sooooo either he was found innocent or the case was dropped completely.

You are right though that you have to have special privilege to access the ACTUAL disposition of said case.

He was on the docket (for May if I remember correctly) and his case number was 18CR243212.

It simply went away with no explanation.
