They factor in behind the scenes stuff and practice performance. A lot of good football players get cut to get the roster down to 53. You mean the body of work that a team does in the preseason isn’t just what we see on the tv?  Good luck with trying to get but in for that.  

Lots of folks in this forum were able to tell that Will Grier was a bust just by watching him jog onto the field.  Don’t need no coach tellin me nothin.

Didn't know where to throw this.

 

Okeke went undrafted and signed with the Redskins after the 2019 NFL draft.  After the Redskins waived him for T Bisnwaty the Chiefs grabbed him.  He played collegiate football at Tennessee State after transferring from LSU. Okeke earned All-Ohio Valley Conference first team honors with his play during the 2018 season.  6'5", 317.  Seen as having the versatility of being able to play G or T.
