Good.  I know slye will miss some kicks, but gano consistently lost us games.  After the atlanta game, he missed kicks that cost us more than that 1 game he won for us.  If a kicker is gonna cost us games, we can pay a lot less.

Gano was never more than an average kicker and I’m happy to see the new Panthers not settle for mediocrity. 

The alternative could be worse but you don’t win Super Bowls playing it safe.
