Ray had an absolute disaster of a pro day which caused him to drop from potential top 10 pick to the 20s. I remember a lot people predicting him to be a bust after that. Athletic testing has the highest correlation with success for pass rushers.

Clowney really doesn't want to play for the fins.  Wants to go to a contender.  Seahawks/Eagles.  Its a really awkward spot to.  Texans can't trade him without his approval.  Texans don't have a GM.  Clowney doesn't have an agent.

Texans already offered Clowney AND a first round pick for Tunsil.  Dolphins declined.
