Couldn't we have just cut Gano and saved a couple mil? Overthecap says post June 1 would have had some cap savings

I can't imagine it would have been much or they would have just cut him...

They must 1) Have confidence in Slye & 2) Really didn't want to expose someone to waivers that they would have had to otherwise cut.

This move does mean the chances of Gano ever kicking here again to be low

id still put Scarlett ahead of Bonnafon, but the coaches don’t seem to think that way.
