CBD could do a lot.  You don't need the high THC element.  That's just trading one dependence for another.

This narrative is getting popular but I think it's a bit dangerous. THC has medical benefits as well and there's no physical dependence. CBD and THC also compliment each other's effects and negate each other's downsides. I even hesitate to say that you don't get high off CBD. It's just a different sort of high than THC.

The big unspoken secret right now is that it's all basically decriminalized at this point. It's incredibly difficult to detect the difference between hemp and marijuana in tests, to the point where a couple of states have stopped charging people for low level possession. A cop, or an employer, has no way of clear knowing whether you're smoking the legal or illegal stuff so it's the Wild West right now. I think because of this NC and the rest of the south are going to legalize much sooner than they would have otherwise. Now that CBD makes arrests difficult they're literally leaving money on the table by not legalizing and taxing marijuana too.

For the NFL it's a no brainer to me. It doesn't enhance performance and it's safer than the pill popping they're stuck with now. Those with addictive personalities are just as high risk for alcohol dependence which is much worse.

As a police officer myself, many of us are ready for it to be legal. It really feels like a waste of time in dealing with user amounts of it. Most of us stomp it out when we find it...or just deal with the real issue of the stop (speeding, etc). It'll be legal soon enough. Opiates are a much more dangerous situation and the thing that LEOs need to focus on. The NFL needs to take a similar approach IMO. Don't bring it in the facility, but if you want to consume something that can hinder your performance and livelihood, that's up to each player. I don't think that players who are meticulous about what they let in their bodies, like Cam and CMC, are going to start smoking it up just because it does not violate a rule.

 My bad.

I’ll make sure that next time I put out a “simple logic to ridiculous d-bag” translation. so you understand it like every other person who read it and knew exactly what J meant.

  There’s always one.......smh

Any drug that has the possibility of creating total dissociation from reality is dangerous.  I think a lot of you old timers are thinking weed is the same of that dirt you were smoking in the 70s.  It's a totally different world now and some of this stuff can really hit your head.  People who already have mental disorders will sometimes face an even higher sense of dissociation and paranoid behavior after consuming cannabis.  There needs to be more study before legalizing to the entire country, especially in a country that has so many guns like USA does.  Start with country wide medical legalization and go from there.

I don't think you understand math..  3x more likely is 1 in 7666.  5x more likely is 1 in 4600.

Also, a lot of home growers use pesticides.  That will mess you up too!  Roundup good example.

literally no one uses round up.   however the weed coming from legal states has a 80% chance of having illegal amounts of pesticides and moldicides.  that's across all products from concentrates to edibles.   they've bred super russet mites and are using eagle 20 which is a systemic poison and carcinogen.   legalization has actually moved in a lot of unscrupulous people to the game. just try and get your facts straight.   i don't think you understand math, and i know you are using fear tactics about things you don't understand at all, and that i'm not the right person for you to talk to about math.

My facts are straight.  Why don't you stop trying to twist my words?  Yeah, lots of unscrupulous business owners using pesticides but at least NOW you can actually look at the lab tests and pick something that you know is clean.  If you want to save a few dollars and ingest some pesticides go for it.  Your neighborhood street dealer isn't running any lab tests and that crap from Mexico is gonna be dirty.

That's part of the reason I am for legalization.  I just think it should be medically legalized first before recreational due to the possible harm on people with mental disorders.

There's plenty of alcohol out there for the unstable why not give them a choice with some weed.

And illegal weed doesn't really come from Mexico, the majority of it comes from my home state here in California and and my county of Santa Cruz, illegal grow operations are rampant here in the mountains.
