Dear Reactionary Huddlers

I know, I know. We are only two weeks away from you reminding us that you have the emotional stability of a 2yo on little sleep.

And yes I’m sure your argument why  Coach A/B/C should be fired immediately even though it has no baring or affect other than gutting the team more at this point in the season is something that should be shared at every opportunity!

But fear not! We may not care for your maniacal rantings or quick quips, but this season is only going to end one of two ways.

1. Everyone Gets fired - New owner has finally figured some stuff out, fires everyone and starts over. No players job is safe.

Yes! At last after years of you ranting that we should fire everyone after the first 3 and out of the season! You really may finally get your wish! May god have mercy on the soul of the next guy who you will undoubtedly shower with your praise and adoration of his impeccable coaching ability!!

2. Playoffs - big picture maybe playoffs and then some is the only way Rivera’s job is saved.

And alas, the one thing you would hate, heaven forbid we have a winning season and get into the playoffs or even maybe win a game.  Your rantings and raves will have fallen on deaf ears of the owner once again. Your grand and marvelous  rhetoric of the inadequacies of the coaching staff have yet again not been heard by the owner on this message board.

So kick back and relax and enjoy watching football for once. You either get to see a playoff team this year or finally get that thing you scream about every time we punt!

Have fun guy! Kickoff is around the corner!

There's no place for level-headedness on the huddle.

Idk what to do with myself if every single person on here isn't whining and crying like a little baby

Still waiting to see if Cam's foot falls off so we can hear Huddlers advocate for Johnny Manzell to be signed. (Disclaimer: I don't want Cam's foot to fall off)

I understand as fans you're suppose to want to win and complain when we don't but many take it too far and just find every reason to complain and bitch and don't even support the team. If you are there at games, cheering on the team and spending money towards the team then you have the right to complain. But these b*tch fests for the slightest thing is incredible. We have 2000 GMs and 5000 coaches living on the Huddle. There is some much more that goes on behind the scenes that maybe we should just support the team giving our only contribution to helping the team win "being loud at games" and hope for the best.

I've noticed throughout the years the many fairweather fans and the narcissistic ones as well. It's amazing how much negativity towards this team happens in most Others groups. From Facebook, to Twitter, to the Huddle. Opinions are great, analysis: even better, constant bitching about the best QB this team had ever seen or the best coach we've had is getting old. It's not wrong to be optimistic. It's still the offseason. Kickoff is in what? 15 days-ish? Let's just save all of that until we see the real team play.

Rams are going to shatter the delusion that this team is anywhere near a playoff team. It's not going to be pretty.

Yea...this is what I’m expecting. So anything better would be an amazing surprise

    • Happy Thanksgiving y’all. Thankful for a very good team and for this group to talk canes.  Eat drink celebrate our win bs the rags. This team is cup ready.
    • I don't think should be seen as an insult, legitimately. Teddy's floor was consistently a good game manager to his ceiling of border-line top 10 QB who's arm strength didn't blow you away but could make all the throws and generally made good decisions and had some sneaky athleticism.  Teddy started on quite a few teams. He had a good start to his career, had a horrific injury that could have ended his career, came back and played himself into being a starter, got a contract here (and subsequently became another victim of Tepper's impetuousness), and then started games for a few other teams. Teddy could have been a franchise QB had he not suffered a freak injury, and then he just never ended up in another stable situation. He still had a good NFL career that could have been great without that injury. Teddy before that injury did look like a franchise QB, and I dont think that's a bad comp for Young nor an insult in terms of what his career could be based on that comparison.
    • Absolutely the wrong take. We have to run and gun. We have zero post presence. We just have to make shots. We just can't hit water from a boat tonight and we're turning it over to boot. Then you have a poor shooting opponent shooting lights out.  Looks like a long season ahead of us though if Hubert doesn't adapt to this roster. We have to play a pressure trapping D and get out in transition because we aren't beating anyone in the half court.
