Everyone knows Jay-Z is a sellout he has been for years. The halftime show has been crap for awhile. I dont see how much different the acts will be now. Its still gonna be mainstream garbage.

Kaepernick played himself out of a job and then wanted too much money to account for the circus that comes along with him. The guy was never that great of a QB, pretty much the same thing happened to The Golden Calf of Bristol.

I do not car how she would take my statement either. Im a panthers fan and I do not watch the panthers to hear about politics, either you can play ball or you cant.

That's because the sort of rock you and most people are thinking of isn't relevant anymore. If you want the biggest bands in rock today enjoy more performances from Maroon 5, Coldplay, Fall Out Boy, and Imagine Dragons.

I agree with you. All the bands you listed are very commercial and easily sold to a wider demographic.

Having said that - Tool currently holds all top 10 spots on Billboard's rock chart, as well as 4 of the top 10 album spots for rock as well. They just released the first single longer than 10 minutes to make it onto the billboard hot 100. It's not that it isn't relevant, it's just not commercial. and easily digestible. 

Sucks that Adam and the Levines and Coldplay are what is considered rock music these days.

I think Jay-Z will be seen as the sence of reason and bring the NFL into the future. With Reid and Kap being after thoughts. It was a win/win.
