Tuesday Camp Tweets: Bills in Spartanburg

Captain Morgan

well the crash certainly came at a terrible time...here's a few things that happened while the Huddle was down.

Coaches on both teams have to be really pleased with that first joint practice. No shenanigans. Drills were organized and efficient. Curious to see what tomorrow brings.

  1. Just chatted with Jake Delhomme a bit. He’s really, really excited to be calling a few Panthers games this year.

Couple guys who have been a little under the radar, but putting together a nice practice today: Terry Godwin, Torrey Smith.

Nice finish by Bradberry at the end of a long would-be touchdown, looked like he knocked the ball loose and it was incomplete.

I’m watching the Panthers’ offense vs. Bills defense on one field, but did just glance over to see James Bradberry break up a pass over on the other field.

Cam asking Jerry Hughes why he’s not out there for this “development period.” Rivera laughing. So is Hughes.

Throw came from Allen, who was fired up. Nice way to cap 2-min drill.

HELL OF A CATCH by Manhertz in the end zone with 5 seconds on the clock. He’s been on a roll lately. Reached back for an Olsen-like TD grab.

  1. Hurry up drill: Cam targets CMC in end zone but LB Milano gets a hand on it and CB Lewis is there for INT off deflection. Cam comes back and hits Olsen for TD in front of Poyer next rep.

  2.

Cam and Co. getting a groove going. Hit Samuel and Moore on quick timing patterns. CMC with a couple slick arrow routes to beat the coverage.

Gotta give the Buffalo D credit. They’ve been making it tough on Cam so far. Panthers O hasn’t found its rhythm yet.
