SO you are saying that CMC should be constantly tested instead of Reid then. It did not help Reid when in his past he had used banned substances which most likely put him in this situation.

True but his past is most likely the cause of the testing to ensure he stays clean. An employer does and can do what they want to its employees unfortunately when it comes to drug testing.

What the bloody hell are you talking about? First you say it didn't help that he had got caught before then it was pointed out that he hadn't and then you mention his past? what exactly are you talking about? What has be fine to warrant test after test after test and what the he'll makes it ok. It's targeting and it's absolutely not ok or ethical and the excuse that they are to the boss and they can do whatever they want ddoesnt make it right or excusable. So again, what has he done to warrant the need for test after test after test?
