Just because Haynes didnt have the numbers to snaps ratio.

He still got in the backfield consistently even if he didn't make the tackle

Burns is better though.

Haynes was very impressive for sure. Burns is just on another level. Can’t wait to see the starting Dline with him in it. Teams will give Burns a lot of attention which will open up holes for Haynes and others.

I think Burns will be a starter by the end of the season.  Haynes will be a good player in rotation.

While I expect Addison and Irvin to start I expect Burns to essentially get a starting snap count straight out of the gate. It wouldn't surprise me if he's getting a higher snap count than one or both of the previously mentioned guys by the end of the season. I'm still not sold on Addison's ability to drop into coverage while Burns already looks very fluid in that department. While Addison's physical talents may match up well with being a 3-4 OLB, we're still trying to teach an old dog new tricks with this.

Burns looks fast AF but let's see how he does against starters before we crown his ass

No crowning going on more like perspective and honest assessments our first rounder had two sacks in ten plays hats the F off to him. His potential is oozing off the charts he doing what we saw in training camp it seems to be transitioning over let’s see if it continues. But you gotta be honest that little shake with the TE one on one was outright disgusting it’s like he pounced on him from five yards away.

Was expecting Burns to dominate against the pass. didn’t expect him to play well against the run, nice surprise. Will be a beast, could we see numbers like Peppers had his first season?

Haynes got thrown around in the run game, just not strong enough. Will be a situational player and will shine against the pass.

Haynes was solid but Burns was better. Haynes’ sacks were against 3rd stringers based on it being the 3rd quarter. Our 3rd string OL was out there about the same time.

Also, Haynes still has a big problem with runs at him. He got tossed aside on the TD run right at him. Burns didn’t have enough snaps but from the preseason he definitely seems stronger and able to hold that edge on runs to him. I also think he’s a better pass rusher period.

Haynes first sack was in the 1st qtr.

The end of the season?  He keeps playing like this and he will be a starter by the first game of the regular season.
