no offense guys (i mean that seriously) but if you're having to ask this question you shouldn't be gambling.

Elaborate because daddy has been playing poker for years because that's legal here.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to be asking but I'm sure some of you are familiar with this process. I understand that the Panther's current super bowl odds are set at 50/1. If I wanted to place a bet on that would I need to go to Vegas or can it be done online? If it can, who would I go through? I live in Massachusetts.

Apologies if this gets me banned.

I just did 60 to 1 in Vegas Monday.  All M life sports books carried those odds.  Cosmopolitan in Vegas was 30 to 1

vegas allows mobile gaming in Nevada only from what I saw I the sports books. Do not know about the others

I'm in Vegas the week after next for a trade show. I'm not a gambler for the most part but I'll probably put $20 on that. $20 nets $1000 if you win and if you lose, what's $20 anyway? That'll hardly buy a decent lunch on the strip these days.

The good news is that I'm batting 1.000 on my sports bets. The only other one I've made was on the Heels leading up to the 2017 NCAA tourney. That one only paid out at 6:1 though.

All sports books in Vegas are not created equal

the swing can be substantial. As I posted above all M life properties were 60 to 1 this past Monday.  M life (Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, Aria, etc).  The independent dent Cosmopolitan was only 30 to 1. Avoid Caesar’s properties.  Just out of bankruptcy and are being sold.

I don’t know about the station Casinos or Boyd’s

and as you know the closer to season open, futures bets odds decrease

Bovada and these sites will charge your deposit to a random offshore account in China. I got a call from my credit card company about it once.  To make the process easier, just download coinbase and buy some bitcoin.  Bovada takes bitcoin deposits without transaction fees (and you're not giving away any credit card info).  Easiest and most secure way.

Just placed a bet at 40/1. Looks like the 50/1 I saw was before free agency.

I posted the other day on another thread,  at length, on the subject of sports betting, and in it, I quoted the Panthers at 40-1 for the Title.  Also gave odds on winning the Division, and the Conference.  With the sites you mentioned (Bovada, et al) one has to open an account, and make a deposit -- only then can you place bets, up to the limit of your credit with them.

An alternative might be to find a local bookie (like me), who will (after I approve you are who you say you are) let you place bets up to a pre-approved credit line, no cash deposit.  then -- every week -- we settle.  You got a credit, I pay you; you got a debit, you pay me.  Any sport, baseball, baskets, soccer, golf, football, you name it, you can search my site for prices.

Any interest, contact me privately.  Or, if anybody's got a question about sports betting, I'll be glad to answer it.

Yes and everything was smooth. Unfortunately never had the opportunity to make a withdrawal.

They used to be bodog until the US cracked down on online poker.

Happened to me with poker back in the day. Is it just me or is it strange a person can’t bet or gamble their own money from home ?

Yes but you can now. The reason I didn't make a withdrawal is I didn't win.

I did win a nice amount on pokerstars back in the day and they paid out pretty quick

But yeah you can gamble pretty easy these days.
