Was it last pre-season when there was a player running it for a possible TD. The guy was at the 15 yard line, Mick said "touchdown" they player gets tackled at the 5 yard line.

I was not a fan of drafting either Haynes or Burns.

Because, as I explained then, I thought they would be useless as 4-3 DEs (which is the system we ran from 2011-2018).

I always said they should have been drafted by a team that had them rushing from the edge in a standing position (i.e. a 3-4 OLB).

I rest my case.  If that is now the Carolina Panthers, my hopes have been fulfilled.
