So, for just a second let's pretend John knows what he's doing, and is making the right call. IF, in fact, Delhomme IS the best option to start on Sunday based on performance in practice and behind closed doors...Then WTF does that say about our backups? If a 15 INT guy gives us the BEST chance to win, then what does that say about the lack of capability from our backups? Are they fuging vegetables? Why are they even on the roster? Moore has been in the system for a few years now, and if 15 INT's is an improvement over Moore, then cut the guy loose and get someone else. I just don't get how we can keep our backups through the years and not trust them to take the field.
