So they were talking about Thomas a bunch on WFNZ today.  They reiterated that he has looked uncoverable the last couple days.  Supposedly they were bringing him along slowly with that knee that kept him out of OTA’s.  But he is 100% and looks to fit the bill to replace Olsen at some point.  They were talking about him dominating in the Red zone and the option of 2 TE sets to help the line.  

So nice to hear.  Hell of a value out of the 4th round

I'm thinking DJ Moore is the type of player who's physical style won't show out in Camp. Samuel is fast and in shorts, where he doesn't have to get down and dirty, he is going to show out. Moore is the best receiver to grace a Panthers uniform since Steve Smith. Samuel is clearly number 2/3 depending on the situation with Wright.

We have been begging for a throwback to the Olsen/Shockey amazing season and we finally have it.

No need to want Thomas to be TE1...yet. He’s fine as Olsen’s sidekick and does what a  youngTE2 is supposed to do. 

Another year under his belt and the tutelage of a future HOF tight end is just what we had all hoped for from a 4th round pick.

Samuel a 2 or 3?

While I think Moore is a beast, so is Samuel.  I can easily see Moore and Samuel having similar numbers by years end.  Rivera has already said we won't have a defined #1

This Duo is going to open up the box for sure.  No way they stack the box with Moore and Samuel on the field.

I believe the best O lineup includes Thomas. That lineup would put heavy pressure on safetys along with opening plays for CMC and the WRs. Thomas is willing blocker too, just like olsen. All 5 got good hands too, dang am I sanjay??!??!?!?!
