I hope walking in to interview they showed the ATL game where he jogged towards a play on replay and told him they expect better...he fills a need with experience so I don't hate the add.  Can't say they didn't try to address it.

It seems Hurney just admitted his mistake with Charles Godrey...err....Gaulden. Don't draft a nickel corner to do a mans job. Gaulden provides a big body at nickel for situational box play and pressing bigger receivers. Let him do that. 

Boston will most likely still suck but maybe a little less than before now that he got his 3-4 experience from Saint Diego (whales vagina).

Boston did a serviceable job before and I'm sure he'll do even better now in the new defense. Nice job waiting him out Hurney.

Boston is better than most are giving him credit for.    He wasn't the best here but has turned it up since leaving.    He wouldn't be back if not.    The BIG thing is, this keeps Colin Jones off the field.   We don't want Ron to have ANY opportunity to put him out there.    We need more turnovers and that's what we get with Boston.    The pass rush should be one of the best in the league unless everyone underperforms and that'll help Boston.    There will be mistakes.    But they won't be Colin Jones type mistakes.

All for it.  He represents an upgrade over any of the other options.  Now Cockrell can play CORNER like he's supposed to.  Donte Jackson at nickel represents a huge upgrade over Munnerlyn if Cockrell can handle things on the outside.

He’s had a couple good years since leaving, I think he’ll fit in fine and is an automatic upgrade over everyone else on the roster. He’ll put up good #s if our pass rush comes alive

I didn't want him and was a vocal critic of him.  I think he had too many poor angles and lack of hustle on pursuit plays.  

 

BUT now that he's a Panther again, let's go Tre.  As a poster above said, we just need him to minimize the mistakes and don't get beat deep.
