I never said the refs weren’t crummy. They sucked. Hard. All game. However, none of the calls they missed either way directly impacted the game as much as that one. The game is over if they make it. Imagine being a Saints player in that field and watching that play transpire and knowing that’s the SB and having to go back out and keep playing. 

The no call sucked. Trying to diminish it because of other missed calls that happen every game is ridiculous, and just makes you seem foolish. 

No, trying to elevate one play that is the most visible/memorable but also one amongst many bad calls that impacted the game is actually foolish. I get being butthurt, I would be butthurt too if that happened to the Panthers but I also always look at it from a perspective of the other 60+ minutes of football that happened and how that wouldn't have even had any impact had the game gone differently(perhaps by one of those other bad calls going the other way?). I always do that. Same with our last play in Detroit last season. It sucked for Cam to miss that throw but we should have never been in that position in the first place. 

It definitely is completely foolish to change a generally subjective play call(and mind you that interference was not remotely subjective but quite obvious) to being reviewable and to fuging SUE the NFL over. Holy poo, of all the legitimate things that the NFL should have liability and answer for, that doesn't even register in the top 100. This level of butthurt existing is completely insane. For a whole city to be beholden to this idea that they are owed something is absurd. What's more absurd? The notion that NO would beat New England. Tom Brady is 4-1 in his career vs. New Orleans. Yet you have all these fuging Taints fans(and I know that you are not one) crying that they were jobbed out of a Super Bowl title. fuging. Nonsense.

Feel like it’s pretty self explanatory. The Saints had other opportunities to win the game after, so it’s not the reason they lost. However, if you make the call, the game is essentially over as they kick a FG as time expires, so it’s most certainly the reason they didn’t win. 

Basically, you don’t make the call, and the Saints can keep playing and have chances to win, so they didn’t lose because of it. But if you make the call, the Saints win. It’s really the only way I feel like you can accurately describe it. That way, you don’t excuse the call, but you also don’t excuse the Saints for not making plays after the call. 

Funny how Saints make a mountain out of a mole hill after that no-call on PI but what about the multiple face masks and and stepping on Rams players head when they were down on ground. Saints deserve to get knocked out since they thought they could get away with all those no-calls on them. The door swings both ways.
