Tuesday, i saw someone post his thoughts on Matt Moore and AJ, in his sirius interview, but another part that i didn't see posted was this:

".....I say this and fans might get tired of hearing it but everybody else has got to pick up their game, too. It’s just not one guy in the passing game. I mean, you’ve got to protect. You’ve got to run good routes. You’ve got to win if it’s one-on-one. And you’ve got to make plays on the other end. You look at the good quarterbacks playing in the league, they do have help. It’s not a one-man show.”

Except at Buffalo, the weakest link was not the running game. The weakest link was not pass blocking. The weakest link was not route running. It was Jake Delhomme.

for the MOST part, Jake had all day to throw, he just couldn't hit his targets when it counted.

Sounds like he is calling on his WR to play better..I think its time to put Jarrett at #2 or at least get him a lot more playing time.

i disagree. Did you see Jake overthrow 6'5" Gary Barnidge in the middle of the field? Jake Delhomme would suck it up even if he had Randy Moss and Wes Welker.

Fox must be on drugs before he comes to the game. Jake this season throwing has been wild and and inaccrute most of the time. Plus this season Jake has been throwing way to high over the heads of his open WRs and TEs most of the time. You can't expect for a WR to go 12 feet in the air bring down a ball that should of been lower. these guys ain't superman. Fox saying this team needs to stepup and play better?? WTF is Fox smoking before these interviews. It seems to me this team has been playing better except Jake himself. So now in this statement Fox is blaming these losses on the team instead of Jake. Fox must be riding Jake Penis hard at night are something. Because here in this statement he is suddenly putting blame on the rest of the team for lack of effect while he giving Jake all the credit for doing better then the rest of the of team has. That sounds like what he is saying to me. Jake is the main cause of us lossing. The whole team has stepped it up. Maybe Fox should be the one to step it up and replace Jake with Moore.

If any other team's quarterback was playing the way Jake is playing now, then of course just about every other player on the team would have to step their game up to get the win.

Spreading the blame on "everyone" means that nobody is taking accountability. Sure everyone has room to improve, but we all know there is one player who needs to be held more accountable for a 2-4 record and it's frustrating that Fox refuses to admit it.
