I haven't seen recent pictures of him, but with his height and if his weight is still an issue he could still think about transitioning to a pass catching tight end.  I doubt he'll ever be respectable as a blocker, but he has the hands.

He isn’t physical enough to play TE and with his awkward frame he might hurt his knee again adapting to that position.

There was a pretty good thread in here a while back discussing KB’s injury risk in relation to his size and lack of muscle development.

Pretty sad story for KB. Really thought this guy was going to be an automatic safety blanket for Cam. Hope he figures things out.

That tweet was very cryptic.. when you don't go through the stages of grief, it will really mess with you. It seems like all the effort he did for the team, went unappreciated. If you do not go through the proper stages, and just carry on, and have no support system, you will crash no matter how manly or strong you think you are. It takes longer for some, shorter for some, and can really make you lethargic. If this is what is wrong, I hope he can find peace.

At this point I really just feel sorry for the guy.

It's pretty obvious he's dealing with some demons internally. You don't push friends away like he did if you aren't. I hope he seeks help and finds some peace because he's obviously going through something.

Sometimes those acting out need the most empathy and compassion. Kind of disappointed in how many huddlers are acting about him.

Worst thing he probably ever did for his career was shun Newton.  If we can tell anything, it seems that Cam was a part of them deciding to let him go.  Look at how they went to him in All or Nothing regarding Reid, and thats someone that was just on the defense.  This was considered a close friend of his, so I'm sure he had input on if they should move on from him.

When they did that, he got ill towards Cam...maybe he shouldn't have and they'd still be friends and maybe Cam would still sing his praises to those that might actually help his career in the future.

Hate it for the guy because he's clearly not right since his mom passed.  He does have a few Instagram posts recently and he doesn't look out of shape, so thats good for him at least.

Considering his situation with all he's been through, and the fact that he's likely going to be navigating financial issues before he knows it if he is indeed done with football, I see no need to kick him on his way out. I do hope he finds peace within himself. I also hope he can one day put the bullshit aside and at least be on better terms with Cam. Those guys really seemed to be legitimately good friends beyond just football, they were close. It's a shame things soured between them to such a point. I can't say what specifically happened between them obviously, but it's quite clear Cam had substantial trust in him to keep giving him opportunities with the ball even when he was struggling.

Well obviously the giants wanted to give him a workout so somebody wanted him

Not really. They gave him a workout. That is much different than wanting him. If he couldn't even get a chance there with the guy that drafted him, it is likely no one will give him another look unless he decides to turn his life around and show he is dedicated to getting in shape and playing football.

This is sad to see.. Guy was much better than you guys give him credit for when healthy.. fat or not he was one of the better wrs in the league when the ball was in the air and jump ball situations. I don't subscribe to I'm gonna hate him because it didn't workout here way people think.

He was given a chance. The giants reached out to his agent for a workout. He didn’t show up. I don’t disagree with the rest of it except “turn his life around” not sure he’s doing anything wrong by not showing up. That’s his choice. He might be done trying to play football. And that’s ok.

This is totally on him. He was never in shape after his injury and blamed everyone but himself for his issues. If he wasn't a complete idiot, he is still a millionaire. He burned his bridges, not anyone else. Doesn't look like he gives a damn about competition anymore, but if he does I suggest the competitive eating tour. He'd be a true monster at the hot dog eating contest.
