I agree. Not saying it's going to wreck his arm, but dude's been throwing the same way for 30+ years of his life. It's going to take a bit longer than one offseason to change his motion. I just hope his original motion doesn't put too much strain on his shoulder going forward. 

Footwork/hips looked great in the clip though. Cleaning that up should help his shoulder in the long run regardless.

I've loved watching some of the highlights of Moore in camp and that dude can break ankles at the line of scrimmage!  I don't see a lot of success by CBs trying to jam him unless they want to be on the wrong side of a highlight!

The speedy 22-year-old should see more volume with Devin Funchess now in Indianapolis, and he profiles as my favorite of the Panthers' young pass-catchers.

I will be happy to see Cam using his new motion when he is fully protected and be Cam in awkward times.

Many great QBs had different release points in trying moments. 

The running and diving for first downs along with awkward throwing motions to complete a pass is part of his win at all cost nature.  Cam's desire to win will always overrule the way we hope he acts.
