Great news for a guy the Panthers signed to be their new long-term center - AND for Cam Newton, who will want to continue to build rapport and rhythm through training camp with only the second fulltime starting center of his NFL career.

Panthers’ C Matt Paradis will be a full go to start camp. No PUP, he is said to have recovered well from off-season injuries.

So just FYI, PUP is Torrey Smith, Jermaine Carter and Bradley Chubb.

All 3 knee issues according to Voth. Sounds like Carter and Smith are pretty close to healthy and that this is a bit precautionary. Less info on Chubb status.
