Obada has the skill set to play Jack. In our 4-3 system the DE had to cover zones anyway. He just needs to lose a few pounds and that's not terribly difficult.

I’m not overly impressed with his play to be honest with you.Its a feel good story for sure, but even Ryan Delaire flashed for a game or two.

I’m going to be pissed if he makes the team simply because we play in London this year. If he earns the job then ok. I honestly don’t think Tepper would be ok with that.

I can't argue with @Seltzer on this. I agree that there are a number of ways that it makes sense for Efe to make the team this season.

I love the kid's story, but more than anything, he still had a lot of potential room before he hits his ceiling. Coaching and conditioning over the last season and summer camp will probably make a bigger impact on his game than the other guys in his same level of the team (second stringers/rotational players). I think we'll see him play better during the pre-season and earn a spot on the team.
