There's an article on a news site about how the Panthers could end up with Bradford. Of course, it names a bunch of other teams too, but it talks about how Hurney will probably try to trade up to grab him in the middle of the first round.

:banghead: No thanks. Bradford is having surgry on his throwing shoulder this week. We already have QB in Jake that has not preformed well since having elbow surgry. Plus we got two guys we draft 2 years ago in the draft in the first round in J stewert and otah who are both been injury prone since coming into the league. The worst move carolina do is waste a high pick on a QB who might have long term prone injury on his bad shoulder in his carreer. I don't want to see the panthers waste another draft pick on a possible QB who might have injury prone carreer with a bum shoulder. Better to go after a QB who has no past history injuries hardly.

I just don't understand, the posters on this board have been telling me that Andrew Luck is the first can't miss QB pick to come out in forever.

Why does it look like they were saying that last year too?

no pick is ever without risk, let alone a high first round pick... but yeah, there's usually one qb per draft labeled as "can't miss."

I just thought it was funny that Luck up until this year has not been mentioned a single time by anybody, and now he is the can't miss prospect of the decade. Don't get me wrong, I'm a Luck guy, my cousin is Ryan Whalen and I'll see him tomorrow at thanksgiving and you better believe we'll be talking about Andrews chances of being on the Panthers next year almost exclusively for the whole day.

Here is my daily suggestion

Get rid of- Matt Moore, Keith Null, and Brian St. Pierre

Keep- Jimmy Clausen and Tony Pike

Sign- Troy Smith

Draft- Andrew Luck or Cameron Newton

Competition- Clausen, Smith, Pike, and Newton/Luck compete for the starting QB job.
