LeBron James

King Taharqa

Recommended Posts

Head to head, the King always gets the best of Kobe. 9-5 all time. Remember that when yall talk about "clutch" and stepping up in "big games". His fans have to mentally blank these guys out of their memory, because even in LA, LeBron shows he is MVP of this league.

LOL, I beleive Kobe is working on a 3peat and his 6th NBA Championship.

King James has yet to win even a single NBA Finals game, getting swept in all 4 of the Finals games he participated in.

Impressive.

Oh, Lebron shot less than 40% in that one Finals appearance. Very clutch.

What did Artest do? I did see him plow into the end of the Heat bench after a loose ball, but nothing erupted from it. Did something else happen?

He put LeBron in a headlock and was doing little antics all day to try and get into the Heat's heads. It didnt work. Against 90% of the league, Artest is effective with that stuff. But I told people a minute ago, HE CAN NOT CHECK THE KING. Bron is too tough for that stuff, and he's a much stronger and quicker athlete than Artest at this point of his career.

He needs to be working on his offense. D Wade D'd him up today. D Wade already has a Finals MVP and a ring by the way.

Leading a Cavs franchise that had never been to the Finals at age 22 with a lineup consisting of Larry Hughes, Sasha Pavlovic, Drew Gooden, & Big Z is impressive. 2 MVP awards by age 25 is impressive too. Kobe is 32 and only has 1. And even that one should've went to Chris Paul. He's just never dominated this league consistently. Its always been in "flashes". Thats the difference between him and a MJ and a LeBron. Everything is constant with those 2 guys.

He was 22 years old. At 22 years old, Kobe was riding Shaq's coat tails. He wasnt a leader, and wasnt the man on his team. How clutch is losing by 39 in a Finals elimination game at 30 years old? Or going 6-22 in a Game 7? When the lights get bright in the playoffs, Kobe needs his teammates to bail him out everytime. Most of his game winners are in the regular season. Kobe is aging, he just cant keep up with a LeBron or Wade in a 7 game series. He better pray the Heat dont make it out of the East. Lakers fare better against Boston than this squad.

What is your point? Dont ever put MJ and Lebron in the same category, please your embarrassing Lebron.

How clutch was Lebron against Boston last year? What has Dwade done without Shaq? Talk about riding coat tails, Dwade has won the exact same as Lebron without Shaq, NOTHING.

You think you're a NBA guru but your really just coming off as a Lebron James wanna be.

Cleveland Cavs 8-21, tied for last place in the east. Bottom of the barrel without The King. Cleveland Cavs are a lottery team without his royal majesty. Dan Gilbert lied and made the state of Ohio look like clowns. You guys deserve better than that. Admit it Ohio, deep down you love LeBron and miss him dearly.

Ohio did you see how LeBron dominated Kobe Bryant on his own floor today? Who else in the league does that in primetime? A triple double on the Lakers? He made it look easy.

If you want to call him the King, seeing how he's never won anything, then you do that, you just continue to prove my point. How did Dan Gilbert lie? Lebron even apologized for his little "decision" so he's the one who looked dumb. I do not miss Lebron, trust me, after watching him against Boston last year, and this year, why would you? He sure does make it look hard against them ;)

WOW!!! Riding Coat tails??? You guys are very selective in what you want to realize.

#1- NO NBA SUPERSTAR have won ALONE with out SUPPORTING help... this is a TEAM game!!!

Yes wade could not win without shaq......

Remember Kobe won his titles with Shaq, Horry, and others on his supporting cast.

Then When shaq left... KOBE COULD NOT WIN ALONE....

Then what happened.... KOBE made videos... Threatening he needed to be traded if they did not get him HELP!! He criticized the personnel on his team...

And then what happened!!! Lakers made real moves (Raping he league maybe) and got Kobe a #2!!! Here comes Paul Gasol and others! Then when Kobe gets HELP from an All star what happens.... More titles!!!

KOBE DID NOT AND COULD NOT WIN ALONE WITHOUT HELP!!!!!!!!!

MJ- Had supporting Help.... Pippen, rodman, and others... no need to go on.... JORDAN DID NOT DO IT ALONE

Hakeem..... Same thing Could not do it alone!!

Wait david Robinson Could not win until what.... HE GOT HELP FROM ANOTHER SUPERSTAR..... Could not do it alone!

Larry Bird- OMG Not even gonna name his supporting cast....

Detroit Pistons- 2000's no Superstar but all all-stars, no one did it alone. Bad boys.... No one did it alone.

Recent Celtics- Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett COULD NOT WIN ON THEIR TEAMS ALONE!!!! But wait what happens.... they get other superstars on their teams and now they are Champions.

Magic Johnson- WOW at that supporting Cast.

All these Superstars Could NOT DO IT ALONE!!! And the one's like Barkley who tried..... NO RINGS!

Don't be mad because LBJ and Wade realized that and is willing to do what is necessary to win.

It's just so funny to me how people criticize them for not winning alone, or can;t do it without so and so.... WELL NO ONE IN NBA HISTORY HAS. NOT Kobe, Not MJ, Not Duncan, Not Magic, Not Bird, Not Thomas, Not Hakeem... No one in recent days. Now if you want to go back to 60's 50's and before to try and make your argument... Well that will just show how weak it is.

    • Yes.  And this converts directly to confidence.  Does the coach have confidence to call a deep dig or seam route?  Does Bryce have confidence in his ability to be the Alpha?  Do his teammates have confidence.  About film--when I see Cam Newton's pre-snap confidence vs. Bryce's, it is night and day.   Film--tells you if the WRs are open (why l love watching the Replay telecasts from the end zone cameras--you can see it.  I have seen 2 WRs open and Bryce's eyes are on the outlet WR or the pass rush. )  You can see progressions, and he has improved a bit--but he is very quick to rush through 1 and 2 and checkdown--that is a lack of confidence in his ability to read the defense.  I had a former NFL TE (Deems Maye) who played QB in high school (not sure about college) tell me that the best QBs read the defense by knowing where everyone will be when the ball is to arrive--not where they are.  I think his QB at the time was Humphries.  He said that Humphries would throw the ball into coverage before the cuts etc.  because he understood DB momentum, zone areas, etc.  and he could just see it.  Said so when people say nobody was open, they are usually right because nobody should be "open" when the QB has the ball--when the ball arrives, everyone should be open.  He said Humphries was never "great" but his skills were limited--from a small school--but his ability to read a defense made him never give up on a route.
