Spo and Bron already said that shoulder bump is incidental contact. Bron said he didnt even remember it until the media brought it up. Bron isnt the one Spo needs to be worried about. Its D Wade...

"I'm not going to say he's my guy, but he's my coach, you know."

You think Pat Riley might come down and take over?

Not this season. That team needs some adversity. I think they should stick it out with Spo. Right now the Heat are soft as bread. They need to develop and display some toughness on the basketball court. I do think Spo needs to prove he's a high caliber coach though, because I have doubts about having that many "stars" on a team not being coached by a "star" coach.

You remember your Lakers in the late 90's after the Shaq trade. They were super talented but lacked discipline and toughness. Phil brought what Del Harris and Kurt Rambis could not. He is not afraid of his players. He will talk shyt to them and get in their heads. He commands a certain respect because he has won. Stars need that and most of em would tell you that. Im not sure that LeBron, Wade, and all them dudes fear Spo. They would fear Riles. He would demand a respect because he's won and is a "star" in his own right. But I dont think he comes down this season.

LeBron, & D Wade have the Heat on a 7 game winning streak. Quietly, the Heat have gone from laughing stock of the NBA to #2 in the East as we have gone thru a 1/3rd of the season. For perspective, they are 1/2 a game behind the defending champion LA Lakers. LeBron leads the Heat in scoring and assists. Not bad for a "sidekick". LMAO. A 3rd consecutive MVP trophy isnt out of the question for King James at this point.

Your right KT, Lebron could well be on his way to a 3rd MVP.

His numbers are impressive already and they are only getting better now that he's embracing playing point and more of a run and gun style of play that Miami needs to run to win.

He currently ranks

8th in scoring at 24.2 PPG

10th in assist at 7.4 APG

53rd in rebounds at 5.8 RPG

25th in steals at 1.46 spg

5th in TOpg at 3.7 TOpg

43 in A/To ratio at 2.0

James is currently 8th in Eff

and 18th in eff48 in the NBA

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP)โ€”Dwyane Wade came flying down the lane, grabbed a miss with his right hand and slammed it home in one motion.

If coach Erik Spoelstra wanted the Miami Heat to end a West Coast trip with an exclamation point, Wade provided the proper punctuation.

Wadeโ€™s fourth-quarter dunk highlighted his 36-point night and led the Heat to their season-best eighth straight win, 104-83 over the Sacramento Kings on Saturday.

Wade has really turned around his shooting percentage (49.4%) after struggling early in the year. The King added 25 points and 10 rebounds for his 7th double double of the season. In comparison to some of the other wings in the league, that stands out. Durant has 4, Rudy Gay has 1, Carmelo has 3, Kobe has 2. LeBron's 7.2 assist per game is the highest total among non-point guards. The next non-point guard on the list is 2 guard Manu Giniboli with 4.9 a game.
